Fitness Development ages 14+
This programming is designed for the individual looking to create a lean and polished look all year round. The program is great for the everyday adult athlete, distance runner, biker or tri-triathlete. Performance Development ages 14+ This programming is designed for the individual looking for a competitive edge in the tactical world, competitive sports, or simply looking to test their physical limits in the strength and conditioning room. Youth Development ages 6+ Our Youth Program is designed to keep children and adolescents fit and in shape as they grow through development. This program is designed to work on balance, coordination, mobility, flexibility and posture. Programming is designed in a fun manner with medballs, ropes, ladders, cones, while the child goes through bouts of speed, agility, endurance, strength, flexibility and coordination work. The program allows the child to grow into their body in a healthy manner which promotes self confidence. The program also preps the child for future programs in Fitness and Performance. Youth Program start at 6+ years. |
Fit For Life ages 14+
This programming is designed for the individual that is looking to simply stay fit. If you are not a competing athlete and are simply trying to maintain an active healthy lifestyle, then Fit for Life is for you. Fit For Life programming is also a great start for athletes looking to develop at their own pace into the Fitness or Performance Development programs. Personal Training all ages Athology founder Pichi Balet will work 1-on-1 with the athlete, developing personalized, progressive, sport-specific training programs to ensure maximum results. Team Training all ages Team training can be used for training in the off season, a jumpstart to the approaching season, and a way to develop during the season. Our programs take a team and its athletes through an 8 week development phase that will have athletes stepping out onto the playing field faster, quicker stronger, and healthier. The Guardian Challenge The Guardian Challenge is a 90-day event geared at protecting those who protect us. The event provides nutrition, exercise, and friendly competition between civil service groups. Although there will be named a winning team and an individual winner, by the end of the event all who participate will win; they will be stronger, faster, and more focused in their everyday duties. |
